Questions before buying
Can I use it with paying clients?
No. This license covers internal use by one organization. A contractor may facilitate for the purchasing organization, but cannot reuse its license across clients. There is no professional license in this release.
Is facilitation included?
No. Your facilitator uses the guide and interactive prompts. There are no calls, custom scenarios or incident response services included.
Can I save and resume?
Yes. Download a JSON backup and restore it in the same edition. Optional browser autosave is convenient but can be cleared. Keep an exported backup.
What happens after payment?
The product is delivered as a ZIP download through the checkout receipt and order page after confirmed payment. Extract it, open the exercise and follow START-HERE.txt.
What if the product does not work for me?
