How do I open my purchase?
Download the ZIP from the checkout receipt or order page. Extract it, then open SecureOpsGuide-Exercise.html in current desktop Chrome or Edge. Read START-HERE.txt. No server or installation is needed.
My progress is missing
Autosave is optional and specific to your browser and file location. Browser cleanup can remove it. Use Restore backup and choose a JSON file you previously exported. The demo and paid product use different backups.
I cannot download or print
Check your browser’s download permissions and downloads folder. Open the exercise outside an embedded frame. For PDF use Print / Save PDF. If scripts are blocked, use the included Facilitator-Guide.html. Report files open locally.
Why did later stages become incomplete?
Changing an earlier decision requires later events to be reviewed again so that the final record does not silently mix inconsistent decisions.
I need help with a real incident
This product does not provide incident response. Use your organization’s escalation process and authorized responders. For suspected fraudulent transfers, contact your bank immediately through an established channel.
