Product and delivery
The offer is a digital download of one educational tabletop exercise for $49 USD, plus applicable tax disclosed at checkout. It includes the local browser exercise, printable guide, instructions and single-organization license. Once sales are enabled, confirmed payment triggers delivery by the payment provider.
Compatibility and support
Use current desktop Chrome or Edge with JavaScript enabled. The printable guide is the fallback. Product support covers access and reproducible technical problems through the seller contact. It does not include live facilitation, advice for incidents, custom changes or on-call support.
Refunds and purchaser rights
Contact product support with your order reference for a refund or delivery problem. Do not include payment-card details. Refund conditions must be displayed in the authorized purchase terms before payment; processing times depend on the payment provider.
